The worst problem with Gears online is the host advantage. I hate playing with people who take snipes off the map because they know they have the advantage with the shotgun when forced into close quarters combat. Gears is the one fps where I like sniping. :D

in custom games it can be a real problem but in ranked you can hardly tell the difference

Yeah, I know. Sometimes I have to play custom games though because my friend and I use the same 360 and we can't join ranked matches that way.
