EDIT - no word on the Nintendo DS version at this time
 
it has to be, because the way the wii works, extra controllers have to be plugged into the wii remote, and the wii remote connects to the console. much like the nunchuk, the guitar is seen as an extra controller


so unless you would have rather have had a cord from the guitar to the remote, i would stop complaining
 
I hope it's not motion sensor, that could cause some frustration in a fast paced game of GH due to the sometimes not 100% accuracy issues.
 
im sure the motion sensor will be used for star power to cut down costs of the actual guitar


the wii version will most likely be cheapest
 
The shape is cool and how the Wii remote sits in the guitar is cool but the White looks crap make it black i tellz ya ::D.
