Had to call the cops today...

and im being all serious here

WTF IS UP WITH ANGRY DRUNKS >:(

i mean when i am drunk i love everyone and i laugh at every and anything :D

i was laughing at the clouds moving once :D

I guess people have different personalities when they get drunk. I personally have never even tasted liquor in my life and Im 19yrs old.

I dont understand whats the point in drinking anyways? Everytime someone mentions about drinking I start thinking about that one song, dont know the artist name but she was singing about you dont have to take my clothes off and drink to have a good time. its an old song.

Yea I just found out that its not worth it. Sure you feel on top of the world for a few hours but then BAM!! your throwin up and you feel like hell all the next day. Its pretty much an expensive headache!! Not worth it and not doing it ever again

I haven't, and don't ever plan to, drunk at all in my life.
wait in 6-7 years and say that again.

I don't know many people that don't want to go out and drink it up... it's a bit sad actually.  I get ridiculed here and there because I don't drink much outside having wings and beer here and there.  but regardless... people love going out and getting plastered for whatever retarded reasons.  Hopefully you won't :)  and that would be awesome if you don't!

@ strubes.... man that sucks.  For no reason, eh?    I feel sorry for you in that situation.   :nope  Nothing worse than being betrayed by a parent.  Has he drank a lot all the time?  Alcoholism (ALTHOUGH THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR IT) is an illness that is hard for some to overcome... and it makes people act in ways they never want to.  I don't know if it's the case with your dad or not.... but many are depressed and feel they are crappy parents and want to be better parents and all.

I'll say a prayer for you.. and I hope things work out!

BV :hat

Yeah I agree with just about everything BV just said.

@BV's drinking comment..I know im not suppose to (being 14 and all) but i do every St. Patricks day
@ GR's happy drunk thing same here lol

I do drink, and heartily enjoy it, but I very rarely drink the point where I throw up, or even get hangovers.

I didn't drink for a long time, but once I actually tried it in a social environment it was really fun. It basically just helped loosen my tongue a little, I wasn't so reserved, I didn't doubt myself at all, and overally it just helped me enjoy myself.

Drinking almost always lifts my spirits a bit, so I've never really understood angry drunks. Why would you sacrifice time, money, and health just to get mad? I dunno, that sounds like a tough break for you Strubes, but keep your chin up, you did the right thing, and hopefully things will work out for you.

That's why there's a vast world of petro-pharmaceuticals for you to bask in. Most specifically, there exists a wonder drug known as Xanax. It's alcohol without the bad, because the bad of alcohol can be quite so.

I can't say that I enjoy drinking the majority of the time. I end up flushed and irritated, because it can often make one feel worse rather than better. Unfortunately, alcohol is the only legal remedy to whatever ailment you choose to align it with, but there are plenty of options available to the shopping consumer as it were.

Shrug.

It's a downer... it can make people feel worse. It makes a lot of people feel worse. It really depends on the situation though...

Yep. Downers can have MEGA results on attitude in either direction. It essentially sets you up and you go whichever way the wind blows. Well, that's how it happens in my head.

Same here. I do get drunk every once in a while but I don't get plastered. I see no point in it. Also it depends on what type of alcohol you drink. Some get you more messed up than you intend to.

Strubes. You did the right thing by calling the cops and not breaking his jaw. If you need, or want to talk about it, feel free to pm me, ANYtime. I've been there before buddy so I can relate. Hopefully this was just a one time deal and hopefully your dad is feelin like crap for what he did. I know it's hard, but if you have to pretend he doesn't exist to make him understand how bad it felt, than that's what needs to be done. Good luck on this and I hope it gets better for you and family.
