i wasnt to sure where to put this since the two games are on two different systems so i just put it here. im sure it will be moved somewhere. anyway, which do you like out of those choices?

I personally like Halo 2 best.
 
lol, nice, the reason i made this poll was because its been debated a lot over the years and i wanted to know what everyone else thinks about it.
 
as far as most innovative shooters go I'd have to give half-life 2 the prize just because it's gaming elements are so unique and I'd give halo 2 the second prize
 
I don't really have an opinion cause I've never played Half-Life. I voted for halo 2 though cause theres no other game that absorbs more of my time.
 
half life and halo are really very different types of games for different audiences.....so is it really fair to put them in the same poll?
 
yes because its been debated for too damnn long. if anybody watches G4TV then they know that back in 2004 they would always argue over it, expecially on the show called Judgement Day.
 
Honestly, you probably picked 4 of my top five favorite games of all time.

I still play Half Life 1 and 2 (I own every Half Life game on Steam, but I owned them on CD before that) to this day, and I had so much fun on the Halo games they are equally up there.

So, I voted All of Them.
 
Half Life completely changed the face of shooters. It's as important to the genre as Doom and Wolfenstein 3D, so, because of that, I have to give it to Half Life. Half Life 2 was absolutely brilliant though, so it's a very close second.
 
Half Life hands down. The first to use only a first person view through out the whole game. And it has got one of the most played multiplayer game out there Counter Strike.
