Halo 2 - PC?

Are they going to make a PC HAlo 2?

I find it odd they didn't.....

Maybe they just wanted to keep it in the Xbox?

Well didn't the Halo on the PC basically let you play online with more people than the Xbox version?? If that's true, then it would be very smart to release a PC version, cause the multiplayer in it keeps being described as the best in any FPS game ever! Fans would quickly empty shelf upon shelf of these games at stores.

I forget how many players... but you can do quite a few I though..

meh... I don't have the box here right now... and the case doesn't say how many online players...

well they didnt release the halo PC until a couple years after the xbox release did they? it may just take a while, if they do it at all
 
There probablly is a good reason why it isn't out yet or isn't coming out. I agree it would sell like none other, but Microsoft isn't blind to that fact. They have a reason I'm sure.
 
Ahh thats a very good point. I jus don't understand why they wouldn't on a financial standpoint tho. They'd be making alot of money.
 
I would definitely get the game if they did. I cant wait for my new pc. Im gonna play pc games like nonstop.
 
well a better one than the one i have now.... Im not exactly sure yet. I just know it will be good for games.
 
well i dont know the specs yet, i havent customized the pc. I know that Im aiming at about 2 gb of ram and at least 250 hard drive. Video card im probably going 256 geforce
 
I've heard rumors. They point to a release of Halo 2 by Microsoft themselves, not Gearbox this time. Release for Vista, DirectX 10.
 
It's for the Xbox. Hence Microsoft. Hence PC.

Expect a version that only works for windows. I think the above poster is right on the money - they have to have SOME reason for people to buy Vista.
 
Hmm. I could have sworn I saw Halo2 on PC somewhere. Seems like they might have done so. Perhaps it wasw just my imagination.
