Can u please give a more detailed description of the problem? Like what happens exactly, when it happens, and what the error message says exactly? Also, I know it's obvious, but you made sure you meet the game requirements right? Oh and you might as well post your Dxdiag report here too. You can do that by clicking "Run" then typing in "dxdiag", once that that pops up click "save all information" and copy and paste that info to here.
