For those of you who don't know, in Canada we celebrate thanksgiving in October. I'm not entirely sure why we do this, but then again, I'm not entirely sure why it's in November in the states. In any case, I've got a nice long weekend and a huge turkey feast to enjoy, so I just thought I'd let everyone else here know that. :lol

GOBBLE GOBBLE GOBBLE! Pass the mashed potatoes Stealth. Is there any more stuffing left?! Geeze! :lol

Happy Canadian Thanksgiving...have a great weekend. :)

Man, I can't wait for Thanksgiving here. Since all of the family is on the other side of the Mississippi, we tend to scale it down a bit. My wife usually makes a whole chicken (because it's smaller), and all the extras. Warm rolls, mashed potatoes and gravy, sweet potatoes, corn, etc. Oh, and of course I will sit out the afternoon watching the Cowboys loose. :D

Happy Canadian Thanksgivving!!
