HELP I CANT FIND THE NAME OF THIS ANIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

this anime that i watch for 5 mins or so and it was about this three kids like 10 who were fighting the other kids that are the same age, well of course they had a big fight IN THE CITY... they were hopping on cars and on buildings almost chasing each other like stunt movie but with anime one of them had a stick and in not wooden but like carved perfectly stick I AM TRYING TO FIND THIS ANIME SO PLEASE HELP ME GIVE ME ANY SUGGESTIONS
 
It doesn't sound familiar to me. But TBH that's not a lot of info to go off of. Maybe if you could remember anything else about it?
 
I know this one! I've seen it before, I just have no idea what its called. I assume the kids are poorly drawn? BEcause, it's on adult swim at like 2:00 Am.
