wow thats lame. We had to do it our Junior year and by ourselves talk about lame
 
Mmm...hopefully this money will be enough to pay off the building you rent...hopefully you'll have some left over to donate.
 
Try to make a deal with the owner of the housing be like: "Yo, I'm trying to get this event together that all benefits go to (insert charity). Do you think we could use your space to hold it?"
 
Hmm... we could try that, but I don't know if it will work. If we can't get the school gym, we will try your idea.
