thats a review...although it bashes is somewhat and makes a couple things up about the engine
and no recky you wont need to pay for steam...steam itself is free the games arent so if you buy the game in the store steam will be free no more additional paying

remember boys, this is steam....no more retailer-shipping hassels
and for those who do purchase the boxed version, they are already in stock and waiting to be released (that is why some people already have copies but cannot play due to the fact that you have to verify it over the internet and that would be illegal :-X)
