Sega Dreamcast holy crap these games are CHEAP

i walked into gamestop a few weeks ago and they were clearencing all their DC games....OMG.... I got rainbow six for $0.39 and an NFL 2k game for$0.10. its too bad the dreamcast flopped...it really had potential. i think the thing was it realsed to early. A little better than ps 1 and the like...yet just not good enough to compete against xbox.

Re: holy craqp these games are CHEAP

Maybe I ahould have a look.  Though yeah that ain't surprising.  PS1 games are also in those price ranges. :D

.39?

dang...  that is cheap... what are the conditions?

generally... games that cheap tend to be disc only, scratched... ex rentals..etc.

Bv :hat

Yeah I hate buying unwhole games. I try to find complete games when I go buy used. :)

While I like buying complete games, I won't complain if I get disk only games. Especially if the complete games are going for way too much. I'd buy it now and pick up the complete ones later...

some used...some new. had manuals. this was a while ago. gamestop was trying to get rid of them....i asked if i could trade in my dreamcast...he sad i could keep it or he could give me a penny; he wasnt joking. thats just sad :'(

that's why you sell a Dreamcast to either BV or Ebay....because stores like that do not appericate the true value of the Dreamcast. May god have mercy on their heartless-careless souls for disregarding any Sega product in existance....

So what would Jesus do? So I sent my GameCrazy on fire and sent them to hell :)

Game Crazy in town has welcomed Sega fans with open arms since Game Stop has turned their backs on Mighty Sega. EB Games is still charging an arm an a leg for DC games, but they are 60 miles away.

I just wish that somebody would start carrying SMS games... :-\

game Crazy sucks though :D

yea... we welcome Sega fans... in fact, we'll be carrying a lot more Sega Dreamcast games in the future.... a lot of the games still have good value.  The Sports games... they are pretty cheap though.

It is HARD to find near mint dreamcast games though...  cheap games are all over, but once you try to get nice condition games, it takes at least $3-7 per game for the cheaper games.  Some people just don't take care of their games.

Dart...  I am still working on the SMS stuff... I am trying to learn more about the system... pricing..etc... and we'll be carrying that at some point.  We also will be listing Atari 2600 games shortly :) Those are just cheap though.... $0.50 each or something like that... maybe $1 at most for most titles.

Well, if you sell imports also, then the prices will be reasonable. But if you sell just U.S versions, price and availability are going to be a problem. And if you get card games, price them acordingly. They are a pain in the butt to find. I have found two so far out of 15 titles, and one is now going to $50+ on ebay.

maybe you should make a topic in the SMS section about what the cards are :)

SMS is such a wonderful system, I have a power base converter and I use a spare Genesis 1 just for it. All I have is Sonic Chaos, Shinobi, Outrun, Double Dragon, and The Miracle Warriors. Nothing like a trip down memory lane for me (Since it was my first true game system when I was 6)
