Hometown

This is kinda of a way out there topic, I guess, but I thought it would be interesting. Pics of your hometown with a bit of a descriptioin.

This is the town that I grew up in. If you would like a good idea of what it was like then think of the movie "What's eating gilbert grape" that's it exactly. I love it there. It has the classic small town haunted house where a witch used to live, a cave where a murdering criminal used to hideout (that one is actually true lol), etc.

Maybe you remember flight 800, when those several high school students were killed when their plane crashed over the ocean? Yeah, they went to my school.

This is the memorial built for them, right beside my high school.

Early 1900s of the town I grew up in. I need to find a modern-day one, it's actually like technicolor + paved roads version of this one.
