How is the Screen of the DS lite?

Very bright and easy on the eyes. I love it and I thought I could never love it over the PSP. Plus, the New Super Mario Bros is so addictive. Only issue I have found is that all 4 DS Lites I have gotten have had a dead pixel either on the touch screen or the top screen. None have been perfect yet!
 
I am going to exchange them on Sunday. I cannot do anything until then since they were not suppose to sell them to me that early.
 
Nintendo shipped out an early load of them to major stockers, such as Wal-Mart. It was to make sure they'll have enough by launch date. But some places are already selling them, like walmart xD
 
I got them at Target and my friend is the Manager there and let me buy some.  He did not even know that they do not come out until June 11th until I told him.  He said there was no hold on the boxes from Corporate. Same with the Toys 'R' Us by me, they released it early also and then took it off the shelf the same day.

that's weird.

I would have had them on thursday and all to have them shipped for sat delivery... but I am surprised Nintendo was that relaxed about the release date. Normally all companies are pretty up tight about that.

I played it today...man that's tiny, but the screen resolution is so friggin' clear and bright. I just think it's too tiny for me, we got hot pockets bigger then this thing for godsakes!

Nintendo you scure me! Someone should put that lion in a cage or sumin'! it's fierce and shows Nintendo means business this year!
 
Get the Lite man...it's gonna be the biggest thing for the holiday season since Cheese Baskets...*drools* cheese baskets...aarrgghhh *gargling*
 
The screen is a lot brighter, but I don't really like size reductions in portables. I'm just gonna stick with the original.
 
I never liked the DS. I always liked the PSP, but the game selection sucked. Now that I have the DS Lite, I will not be playing my PSP anymore. The size is nice, hurts the hands about and hour or so in, but the screens are noticebly brighter and the casing is just sweet.
 
Never played the regular but the Lite is sweet. The brightness can be adjusted and the screen is very easy on the eyes. I'll admit when I first heard about this system way back when I thought it looked kind of ridiculous with the dual screens but now that I'm actually playing it I've realized how wrong I was. Now to get Animal Crossing. :D

Hey BV you got any cool cases for this, maybe that E3 edition I want so badly? ;)
 
Well, I exchanged my DS Lites that had dead pixels and all the ones I just got are perfect. Must have been that one batch then from Target.
