Okay,
I am just saying, after agreeing that, in your beliefs, only God knows those future events, wouldn't that automatically discount Nostradamus' prophesies?
Hi guys!
I guess what I meant was that only God knows the true date for the end of the world, making the 2012 thing,in my beliefs, impossible to apply to the true end of the world. As far as the other predictions,I'm truly intrigued and impressed.
I'm dissecting Nostradamus' prophecies.I don't believe in the "All Or Nothing" concept.Truthfully, because of my beliefs, the 2012 prediction can't be known by us as humans.Even angels and Jesus.Nobody is saying that all of Nostradamus',Edgar Casey's,or Leonardo D's entire life's work of their prophecies are to be accepted or absolute in their entirety.
It must be stated however, that their accuracy can be debated, and certainly is throughout the world depending on who you talk to.A great deal of theologians and other "Experts" believe that today's erratic weather, economy's imminent collapse(My belief's and others due to the symbolism of the "Black Horseman" from Revelation.I don't consider myself an expert.)and evil "Madmen" such as Hussein or Usama Bin Laden to name a few are setting the stage for the end days.
Some say the stage is always set, that these horrific events and evil people are constants through time.Being Christian,I believe in and try to learn as much as I can and through threads like this, study, and docs that are based on these kinds of things.A lot of people that believe in the words of the Bible, find that it contradicts itself in various passages.
I remember a long time ago that I mentioned that the Bible is God's word.God's word is perfect, which makes the Bible and it's words perfect. We as humans are not perfect, therefore we cannot understand true perfection.Contrary to popular belief,I don't consider myself the ultimate authority on these matters, just another soul looking to learn as much as I can before I pass away.
Some time ago, which I still can't believe I didn't see it,I assumed that God and the Bible were believed in among all of you as well as myself, not considering others' beliefs in different ways.I'll never forgive myself for that. The bonus for me was new knowledge and a deeper understanding of all our belief's,however different.
I've been a member of this Forum/Family for close to a couple of years, and have learned so much from you fellow members about a lot of things, not just internet knowledge, but many other topics as well. You guys and gals are intelligent people, which is why I appreciate your opinions even though I may disagree with some.
Peace be with you.
