How timely. Just the other day I had this discussion with a couple of my friend's, how the first 150 were actually pretty cool, and it was all downhill from there... :lol

Venusaurs Razor Leaf was so overpowered back then. It could pretty much one hit anything not resistant to grass types.

That's because due to the way it calculated critical hits(using Speed) made it so Razor Leaf Critical Hit'd 99.98% of the time.

Also, the original 151 were the best, doesn't matter how many more they make.
 
Pokemon gets old when you have a kid beg his parents for a toy that all it does is repeat what pikachu says, over and over and over again. This thing wasnt a toy, it was a torture device. And a year later, he hated pokemon, hahahaha.
 
I'm still peeved at how starting Ghost pokemon have one and only one decent attack move. Counting on status ailments is bad, especailly when one of them cuts your max health in half.

i remember i went to gamefaqs and aparently they are angry that they gave the pokemon trainer 1st pokemons instead of the ones from diamond/pearl :/ they don't know what the sentimental value for me is that the pokemon trainer has those 3
