i was bored yesterday so i started to play some gears when i joined a game where friendly fire was on, rolled and shot and some how took off my own teamates head. his name was arkangel or some thing like that, but he was threatining to shut down my system over xbox live and wpuld never be able to turn it on again, is this even possible?
i dont even now what this would be under

Yeah, it's possible to brick someone's system over the internet. I know you can with the DS, not sure about the 360.

No, being bricked isn't under warranty, but you could probably get him banned from XBL.

Well, since you're connected, the hacker sends some form of code/virus across to your system that completely destroys it. I don't know the exacts of it, though.Bluevoodu said:

Had to file my first ever complaint last week (over a text message that I can't repeat here) but you can still file one for verbal harassment, though those are harder to prove. One such complaint will never get someone banned.
