I haven't decided what his name is yet... Got $180ish with the stuff I traded in and got the 40gb model. I'm slowly falling in love with this controller though, but still not a big fan of the "triggers." I'm kinda peeved that all it came with was basic A/V cables, but I'll probably go get an HDMI cable, or at least a component cable, somewhere later this week.

I feel the same way with respect to the "Triggers".In some games where I use the R2 Trigger it feels like my finger is going to slip off.

trust me, the PS3 controller is shweet ^_^ Big congratulations!
I am still not diggin the ps3 controller that much.

I don't know... but I am rating it based on playing it with Call of Duty 4. It isn't bad, just some things with it I don't dig.

At the same time it isn't bad and works well with COD4.

COD4 = the only game I've played for over 1 month now...

Hmm..I really don't feel any difference between the PS2 controller and PS3 controller, barring a little bit of weight. I mean, I guess if you didn't like the PS2 controller, I can see.

well i dig it, but when it comes to FPS, the PS3 controller feels weird. Since a majority of FPS I have played were on Xbox and 360.

L2 and R2 are the only buttons that feel like they are going to fall off...

Luckily Resistance feels nice with the Sixaxis.

The controller just doesn't feel right to me with FPS's... I really can't stand the "trigger" feel they gave the L2 and R2.
