I know I asked before... but is the speed of this site still nice?

For you all... at 13700 posts... is the speed still nice?

IE page load, posting, etc.
*do not talk about the 45 second post limit either* :lol

please let me know :)

It's going fine for me

I'll add too that I recently switched to the Firefox browser, so this site runs fine in that :)
 
With the exception of this morning, I haven't had a problem with it. I noticed a bit of slowdown just going from post to post and originally getting to the page. I've also tried going to smoe other sites and they've been loading normally so I don't think it's my computer, but this is also the first time it's happened, so it might just be a fluke.
 
yeah... sometimes the webserver will do that if they are backing up...etc..

but if there is any slowdown issues, I'd like to know :)

Beautiful here, no problems yet. I noticed once that the site hadn't loaded for about 5 minutes, until I realized that I had never actually clicked the button... So that was a mess-up on my part :p

Neph, do you use Windows and Internet Explorer?

If so, use Disk Cleanup to remove everything you can, then try to reset your IE settings to default. If that doesn't work I'll have to think of something else for you to try.
 
Normally it's still pretty fast.

Today it's really really laggy, though. Replying takes forever. Are you working on the site or something?
 
Yeah, today the site sucks speed wise. I couldn't load the site at first, and then it said SMF cannot access this server or some mumbo jumbo like that. Worked fine after that though.
