Wii: "Mario Galaxy"

360:"Star Ocean"

PS3:"GTA:IV"
 
GTA is non exlusive, as it is on 360 and PC as well...

Playstation 2 (PS2): Final Fantasy X

Xbox: Halo Triple Pack (Halo, Halo 2, multiplayer map pack)

Super Nintendo (SNES): Super Mario World tied with Zelda III: Link to the Past

Nintendo DS: Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow

Gameboy Advance (GBA): Metroid: Zero Mission tied with Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow

Nintendo Entertainment System (NES): Super Mario Bros. 3

Sega Genesis: Sonic the Hedgehog

Nintendo Gamecube (GCN): Mario Kart: Double Dash

PC: Counter-strike: Source

I think the above games are perfect examples of what each system was capable of doing in terms of gaming.
 
I knew that if someone was gunna do PC that CSS was gunna be there... I kinda have to disagree and would put some old school adventure game for best example of PC. or a game like Warcraft.
 
Starcraft would be a runner-up, however, I didn't choose that because it wasn't exclusive (since it was also on the N64).

I'm with you on the SNES titles,although I'm a little surprised that you didn't include "FF III".Fine other choices though.
