I'm Not the Only One...

Only console casaulty I can remember was when I left that can of Cola too near my Xbox (back when I actually owned one.)...

I just wanted to say that the same thing has happened to mine. It started about 3 months ago, and I quit playing it althogether. Luckily though, I borrowed one of my friends Gamecubes.

Oh really? Well that's very interesting, it seems that buying around the time of its launch coincides with it breaking down before 4 years time. What an unprecedented coincidence... :lol

All I'll say is, for those of you approaching 4 years with your Cube, watch out.

Well I think it's just natural that after 4 years a system that got a lot of use would die out. These are systems with way more working parts than the old systems, after all. I mean I have a NES that still works, but then again it's older technology. I wouldn't expect a Gamecube to still work after 5 years, much less 15+ like the NES. And you probably used yours a lot during the heyday of SSBM. My GC still works but I only got it in 2002, and I have spent less time playing it.
