the world of tv will inevitably leak into the world of video games. let's just hope that they do it correctly. jackass is now a game for the psp (and i think the ps2 as well.) from the previews and screens, it looks mildly good. not absolutely horrible. like other tv games (did anyone play the shield?) looks to have some good minigames. i'm looking forward to that
 
it makes me sad that they ruin tv shows and movies at the despense of games, most of them are completely horrible but i will admit its jackass so my expectations are not that high but it does look funny and entertaining so i will see what jackass can do with this
 
Whoever came up with this idea is an idiot. I don't see how something based of Jackass can make a good game, no matter what they do. Its like trying to turn Pimp My Ride into a game...oh wait, they did that. It wasn't good and I am almost 100% sure the Jackass game will follow it in that aspect...
 
It's not like you have to buy it, though. If it does horrible, wow, no more Jackass games. That was hard.

EDIT: And I'm guessing TVs 'leaking into video games' might have something to do with video games being played on the TV and all, but hey, that's just me.

Whenever you open up your own multi-million dollar game studio with nothing better to do than to make obscure games based on MTV reality shows, then you can make completely defamatory comments about other game companies.

There's a fine line between being critical and just insulting people. Saying that a developer is an idiot is not being critical, it's being a jackass, which suites the topic. :lol You can't critque games until they come out. And don't use my phrase against me.

There's also a fine line between online and the real world. If you get offended online, you might as well not go on living. ;)

Its gonna suck. There's absolutely zero doubt in my mind about it and just because I don't own a game studio (or do I?????) doesn't mean I shouldn't be allowed to criticize a game company...

Well you'll have to take that up with fhq. Spam? Like every other topic in there isn't spam? Even if it did get out of hand, they could have locked it. I lost 12 posts because of that.

I didn't take it up with fhq. I took it up with the mods :). This isn't a race to see how many posts you can get. At least most of the topics in F&G have a point. They're games. Your topic should have just been in the "post all you can" thread. It's no biggie.
