Hi all!
I know it's easy for me to ask some questions as opposed to answering them, but I'm intrigued with Obama's administration. Is there any particular reason why he just can't withdraw all of his troops and let the other countries fight it out.
With "9/11" and previous attempts by terrorists to turn the USA and it's lifestyle upside down,I can understand why there is much hatred towards terrorists.Being Canadian, and certainly no expert on politics,I can only imagine how livid and scared Americans must feel.
Is this war ever going to stop?I'm sure you've heard people say.."Just send a "Nuke" over there and wipe all the ******* out, thus eliminating the source of this problem, but something tells me if you kill all these terrorists and "Madmen" leaders, there will always be some truly eager replacements just dying to take over, let alone the poor innocent souls that would be dispatched.
I probably won't make any friends saying this, but I feel bad for Obama.Yes he knew what he was getting into when he ran for President, but the cat is still human,no?Again, being a Canadian,I guess I can't possibly appreciate the American's truly dire problems, but they're certainly way better off than other countries.
We in North America are blessed with what we have.If we feel hungry we order a pizza,if we need to blow off steam,we go out "Clubbing",if we break our arm we have hospitals. In Canada we have "Medicare" and I can't tell you how much some Canadians are constantly ******* about out the problems with it.
I hope no Americans take offense this, but I'm willing to bet my bottom dollar that Obama and quite possibly other people with the amount of stress he's enduring haven't shed a few tears a bedtime, until they fall asleep. Not very many people realize that no matter how tough or charismatic and strong they appear, and in most cases having to be for the people they lead, they're still human.
I remember a while ago I was playing a game of chess with one the stronger players in the club. When pieces are exchanged they are placed off to the side of the board.I,and many other players have a habit of looking at these pieces to see how many of your pieces he has taken and how many of his you've taken.
He noticed me looking to the side of the board, and said.."Jason, look at what's on the board..not what is off".Perhaps we as people we should remember the many, many other truly wonderful things we HAVE..
Peace.
