Keeping ahead :360 error assesment

Ok, i've only just got my 360. (YAY!) However, the stuff I hear about problems and things going wrong after a long time of use. I'd rather know what i need to be ready for.

If anyone has a 360 and knows of any of these problems or errors, could you tell me how big a threat and if it's fixable. Or if it needs quick attention before it happens. (I'm sure anyone else who has the 360 and has the same worries will also be grateful)

Just make sure you keep it in a well ventilated area and you should be fine. Any 360's sold after 2005 are not going to give you much problems if any.
