I also found this game for cheap and am considering giving it to my parents for Christmas. Any reviews or comments on this game? How does it compare to something like Mario Kart: Double Dash?

I'm back in town now so might have to take you up on that.  Otherwise, I'll probably return it since I decided to by my mom Mario Golf for the GameCube instead...  Wow, I'm buying my parents video games for Christmas (again).  Shouldn't it be the other way around?
 
Wow, some of the maps are just TRIPPY!!!

I don't think the play is quite as intuitive as Mario Kart: DD, but, it seems to have a lot of options for different races. It's a bit more complicated than Mario Kart is overall from my experience so far.

Graphics get a 10 though!
 
This is a game I wonder about...

It got some pretty harsh reviews, but i've heard some very good comments from people. A couple of people have even said it's up there with F-Zero GX. I may rent it someday.

I bought it... I just have to find time to play it :-\

I bought it with birthday cash a few months ago.... but man.... I tell you what, time has disappeared.
