Game Addicts will be turning 7 years old (MAN where has the time gone!!) August 28th, 2001... I began the Game Addicts. Shortly after, MasterMario and others started to join.
Honestly... we wouldn't be here without our members. Kudos to you all that have been here since the beginning. Yes, we do have some people still here that helped start these forums.
In commemoration of this achievement, I am personally going to be giving away a Few Games (I will also pay for shipping to your house / office) to those that win contests, couple random give aways of my choosing, and a couple for the best new users that stick around (which will be described later).
If you haven't been here for awhile, PLEASE feel free to come back. Say hi! Let us know what is up. We want to see more members posting up!
Our boards have grown! We are nearing 200,000 posts very soon. Come be a part of the Game Addicts
I will be starting posts to remember the beginning ... and members who have come and gone. It should be a great time! I will announce more as time progresses.
Another thing we want to kick off that we used to do... weekly game meetings. We will pick out a game of the week, and meet online to play that game. We wil try to coordinate so we can get many members together at once.
