Segatron Genesis... call me the wizard.
I am very very happy with this game. They used the original soundtrack from Batman and Batman Returns from the early 90's. Also a hint of the "Animated Series" has seemed to seep into this game as well. Same awesome fun as Lego Indiana Jones and Lego Star Wars.
However, this one is quite longer compared to Lego Indiana Jones. There are 15 levels for Heroes and 15 levels for the Villians.
Every single Batman character you can think of, has been included in this game!
Funniest thing, is the Achievements on the Xbox 360 edition are named after quotes from the original three movies. Example: "Oh! We got a Live one here!" <-- Joker from Batman (1989).
Same tongue-in-cheek humor we love from the previous games. Biggest surprise is CAR CHASE levels! You get to drive the Batmobile to stop Two-Face!
My favorite level right now, would have to be Mr. Freeze's Ice Cream Factory! That was really sweet.
I love how they also captured the dark atmosphere of Gotham to a perfection amongst the world of Lego.
So is it worth it? For Batman fans, totally. Is it worth it for Lego fans of the previous games? Oh yeah. How many formats was it released on? PC, 360, PS3, PS2, DS, and PSP (6) The price of it is actually shocking. It's $29.99 on PS2, DS, and PSP. The 360 and PS3 edition is $49.99.
Suit up Batmen and yes, BATGIRLS (She is in the game). Time to put GOTHAM back together piece by piece!
