LEGO Star Wars: Complete Saga

This is all from the August issue of Nintendo Power.

Lucas Arts has announced the next chapter in the LEGO Star Wars series for Wii and DS. LEGO Star Wars: The Complete Saga combines all the levels from the first two installments of the LEGO Star Wars franchise, which means levels representing all six movies will be included. The Complete Saga is more than just a compilation, however; new characters, redesigned levels, and new challenges extend the experience well beyond the original games. There's even a behind-the-scenes video showing the creative process behind the LEGO Star Wars games. In addition to all the new content, the Wii version implements motion-sensitive gestures for controlling the characters. And the DS version has been rebuilt from the ground up, with an emphasis on touch-screen gameplay. Look for The Complete Saga in November.

I haven't played a Lego Star Wars game and I'm not much of a Star Wars fan, but I've heard good things about the games so I might pick this one up.

I was at Meijers a few weeks ago and saw Lego Star Wars 2 for the 360 and Kingdom Hearts 2 on the "cheap games" display and picked them both up for $20 each. :)

The Lego Star Wars saga actually is more than meets the eye. It's very entertaining and the gameplay is somewhat satisfying. Kind of like a God of War comedy.
