Mario Party 7.... impressions?

I personally think they're trying to get all the way to Mario Party 666 in an attempt to open the gates of hell. Just a theory though...

I liked it. It's a fun game to play with the brothers... except when I steal their stars on the desert map and they kill me in real life :(

We actually own this game now. We started out renting it, and had it for so long Blockbuster just had us pay the remainder price for it and we got to keep it. :O Yay.

Remainder price...you know they do that for everyone right? :lol

I rented Shriek if you know what I did last Friday the 13th....and after two days...I noticed it said "pay the extra $6.95 to own"....so I did just that. I'm now the proud owner of (too long to type). :lol

i don't know why everyone has been hatin' on this series.  I took the cube to the beach and everyone loved it.  When I say everyone I mean the original 8 people that i went with who rented the house and the 20 - 30 people that wandered in and out of the place throughout the week.  It was a good break from playing circle of death or (Thank you for not cussing, sir.) and was just as easily made a drinking game.

I don't think its quite that bad. I just think some idiots out there are buying thiis game and so they think they should mak emore and so they just put the same old stuff in there and sell it again, and the same moron buys it again. And its a vicious cycle.

hmm, Madden anyone? :p

ROFL! You used Mario Party as a drinking game? That is awesome! How would you do that, if you don't mind me asking?

There's endless ways... 8)

about the Madden thing. I've bought every Madden since the first PS2 one. I plan on continuing my buying of this product till it is tooooo much of the same stuff repeated. :D

I don't know about mp7, i lost track after 3
but from what i've read, i'm not missing much

all i have to say is that they'd better stop pumping out new mario parties or else they'll pass up the number of "the land before time" movies, the next worst idea ever with millions of sequals

one game I saw, kindom under fire, they have like ten of them...is it really that good?

It's one of those games that loses flair after awhile when everyone knows the minigames, so they have to pump out a new one every year.

It's like a magazine subscription; you get bored of what's in it, you need something new.

here's an idea, instead of a gameboard, all the characters are in a mash pit, collecting coins, stars, and rocking out really hard

you play minigames in between to heal your cuts and bruises...and possible hemorrhaging

and you can use items like lighters, and hack saws, and the "Genie"

and your ultimate goal is to get to the center of the mash pit where you become the super star and get to be on stage

yeah, that would bring back some originality...though it may deter the kiddies
