I wish they would have explained that stuff in the manual that came with the game. :-\

Here's how it works, basically.

As you play through Metroid Prime 3, you get medals for doing things. Scanning stuff, killing bosses, and performing certain actions.

The medals are used to unlock bonus stuff in the extras menu. However, certain items can only be unlocked by a certain medal, which you get by sending vouchers to other people who are also playing Metroid.
 
jajaja hines is right the bosses are more complicated in this metroid (example the space pirate rider), but the boss battles are epic :)

the mii bobblehead i don't know exactly what it is, i read in the internet that you can see a bobblehead of your mii in your ship
 
ok here i go again, well my strategy is really easy and simple, evade ever attack, (just double jump to the sides ) and once you leave him without his armor (wich is with the graple beam after making some damage) , go to hyper mode charge the attack and BOOM see his life meter go down, do it as much as you can but remember save at leas one energy tank, use the last energy tank when you think you will kill him

right now i am with the red ball dude, he is hard. gamestop said the game is easy, but is not, (and no the controls are not the problem) maybe i understimated the game when i selected veteran mode :lol

Yeah, that's what I'm thinking. But I'm trying to be hardcore and beat it on a harder difficulty level without a strategy guide. :) Never done that before.
 
:lol guess i'm not the only one, jajaja the boss killed me in a very stupid way XD i was going to jump but instead of pressing B i moved my wii remote up XD, i got used to the jumping of the morph ball , and don't get me started with super paper mario stylish sickness, onw i can't play super mario bros without moving the remote every time i jump :lol
 
You know I totally didn't remember that you jumped in morph ball mode by moving the Wii-mote. I usually just use bombs and do a bomb jump. :lol
 
jajaja i never forget of the new way to jump, is easier and faster, (and double jumps are not soo frustrating).

finally i killed the guy, tip for people who get stuck in giant golem with big red balls, destroy one by one, and use the charge beam just to get, absorb some items, missiles are useless in this battle, instead use the power beam and shoot as fast as you can.

also i need another voucher to get the mii bobblehead, please if someone could give it to me i would apreciate it (and give him/her more vouchers) you know this thing of trading points is kind of fun XD
 
i'm in the third planet, i'm doing it really slow because of school :( , and of course i can't afford a D (it would be bye bye wii :lol)

man i was going to purchase the wii bobble head but the screenshot tool seems even more awesome, and the ship stickers too XD. i think it will be a hard choice
