Modding your Xbox 360?

What would you say is the best way to do cutouts on a 360 case. ive heard both good and bad things about the talismoon window cutter. if anyone has anything they know works good please let me know.
 
Modding an Xbox 360 is illegal. This site does not support illegal activities. I am sure you can draw up the conclusions on this topic...

Yeah, that's what I thought too, but I wasn't sure.

If that's the case, the best way to go is to use vinyl stickers. You can get those done in the mall at most of the t-shirt making places if they use vinyl. They can usually print up whatever design you want, and the vinyl sticks to things other than t-shirts.

one question though, can you take those stickers out without problems after you put them in the 360?
 
Vinyl stickers peel off without a problem and without harming the finish of the system. They are perfectly safe to use.

A Dremel on an electronic component? Scary idea. Too much dust build-up will eventually collect inside the 360.

Paint jobs are risky, though, for various reasons. The most obvious...what do you do when you get tired of the design? :lol Take some paint remover to it? Buy another system? ;)

Stickers are a much better option, IMO. They are probably more cost effective, too.
 
i would of course take the case off the 360. haha. i just figured with the new system coming out in the next few years it would be kinda cool to do a bunch of fun stuff to my xbox. i also am planning to put the talismoon fans in and change the color of the ring on the console as well as light my controllers.
