Most difficult Boss

Alright people...past or present. Who was or is the absolute worst son of a gun you ever faced at the end of a video game. I suppose this question also extends to hard final stages without bosses too (e.g. war games, FPS's, strategy).
 
Amen to that MM. Good times though.

The hardest SOB I've ever fought is Solus from Breakdown. My GOD! You literally cannot make a mistake in that battle or you will die.
 
The End in MGS3! I totally hated looking for him and not being able to move around that much. Shin Akuma in Capcom vs SNK 2, I got so mad and frustrated with this game to I got to the point that I literally threw my controller at the wall and cracked it open! I still use that same PS2 controller today, it has a crack under the right side of the controller and the rumble doesn't work.
 
The last boss from the original Ninja Gaiden. To this day, even with the help of a shmemulator and state save, I have not beaten him.
 
The boss at the end of Super Mario 2 was tough. I had to use the Game Genie to beat him. And Leenus from LoD was a pain.

Sepiroth wasn't that hard, they were harder bosses in during the game than him to me, but the final last battle with him is is pretty awesome! Omnislash!

Anyways, I didn't even think about it. The Final Boss of Metal Slug 3. He is so hard, I haven't even SEEN him. Actually, he probablly isnt that hard but Metal Slug 3 is the hardest game of all time, and I dare anyone the say otherwise.
 
I remember the 3rd to last boss in FF9 being a pain in the you know where. Can't remember its name, but its started the battle off with an overpowered meteor.

Are you serious? I beat that game so easily on PS2! Well with a help of a friend.

I hate games that have sub-bosses that are harder than the actual boss.

What do you mean it doesn't matter? It does matter! If you put it on easy then it would be totally different! I doubt they "watered" it down for PS2, 'cause I played it on normal and it felt the same as in the arcade, but with a controller.
 
I'm just saying, the game is hard even on normal. I have not met one person who does not think so. BV has been plaing it for years and hasn't beat it.

Ok, it cant be that hard to the fact that he cant beat the game, I mean I beat it the first day I got it. I then moved up in the difficulty and I still managed to beat the game. I dont know, maybe Im just good at the game and just bragging.
