Movie: The crow

Fall by my blade and i shall taste your blood
i know it ain't the best movie ever and every time they make a new crow it sucks but i think the should have made a crow game
 
The Original The Crow Movie was the greatest. I think it would be sweet to make a game out of it


but not out of any of the sequels They all are horrible
 
PS1 and Saturn...City of Angels....or "How not to spend a weekend as a video game"

Btw, the movie was great, some do consider it one of the best comic book adaptations.

The sequels, terrible....the TV series is too funny and unbearable
 
OK on this subject I want to ask a question about this movie well more on the death of Brandon Lee. My friends and I were having a discussion about this, and it seemed that there were several different stories to this. I remember when it happened I heard that it was a gun with live rounds in it that killed him and there was suspicion of sabotage. But later in life I heard that it was a malfunction, like the gun got jammed with blanks or something and some kind a projectile of remains of a blank is what killed him. But then my friend said that they were using real rounds and where trying to do close ups of the bullets, but that doesn't really explain why he got shot, if anyones knows the true facts please share.
 
I believe the explanation was that they had used real bullets on some closeup shots then emptied the real ones that were left and replaced them with blanks, unfortunately they didn't realize that there was still one live bullet still left in the chamber. They emptied the clip but forgot about the one in the chamber. That was the one that did it.

Yup, Tommy V's got it right. That's exactly what happened. one of the blanks was real...no traces of sabotage was found on the scene.
 
That sucks....I always thought that happened to the guy in Underworld. Maybe something else happened to the guy in Underworld...cause I heard he was killed on screen as well.

You know what? I have no idea. All I know is it was from the first movie. I have no clue of any characters or names. I'll see if I can get a name tomorrow and I'll post it up on here.
 
OK, cause that's news to me.

Getting back on topic I absolutely love the first crow movie. Never even bothered to watch any of the sequels. Once there was gonna be no Brandon Lee it just wasn't gonna be the same.

I believe most of the movie was filmed as were most of his lines. They used some outtakes and a double to fill in the rest. Similar to what happened on Gladiator with the Proximo character.
 
Who's the Proximo guy? I feel stupid saying this...but was he the big guy out of the gladiators that died in the battle to get the main character out of there alive?
 
I've got a question too. Did they actually use the scene where Brandon Lee died? Or did they re-film it with like a stunt double or something?

Proximo was the guy who bought the slaves. The one who took Maximus under his wing. He died late in filming, natural causes, and if you watch the end of the movie you'll notice in one scene they go from some other guy walking in the distance approximating him to old footage from earlier in the movie. When he gets killed, in the movie, again the words he speaks are from an earlier scene that was cut short.
