Need for Speed 2....

I am not very fond of the series anymore... but I am more posting to rant.

The gamecube version is the worst.

Now.... what makes me mad is that the Ps2 can be better than the Gamecube version? ok... thePs2 can do some good things.... but What in the world is EA doing that they cannot make the Gamecube game like the Xbox's?

Don't give me this crap that the Gamecube can't do what the Xboxcan do.... Let alone the Ps2.

Is Ea just getting lazy on the Cube? Or what gives? There is no way the Gamecube should be last graphically...... especially on a game like this.

That's absolute BS. Technically speaking the PS2 should be the worst out of all 3. No way should the GC have to drop framerate. Its like other companies think Nintendo fans should have to give something up in order to play Nintendo games.

exactly. and you know... I wrote them a pretty nasty email. I was downright vicious.

I support a lot of EA games (even though I don't necessarily like EA) ... as I like their games ... IE Medal of Honor: Frontline - allied assault - rising sun - pacific assault, Sim City 4, EA sports games.... and many many many more.

I also took some aggression out that they didn't make Burnout 3 for the Gamecube.

No... NFS: UG 2 is pathetic... graphically inferior (I stress inferior).

If this was to happen to a Ps2 game or Xbox game that was ported from the Gamecube, I honestly would not be happy. I support quality games regardless of what system they are on.

Its like the SSX incident all over again.

What.. EA doesn't want extra sales? or they don't think Cube owner's money is good enough or something?

Visually, NFSU2 improves upon its excellent looking original in every way, plus several little bonuses sweeten the deal. At least that's true on the Xbox. The PS2 is a slight step down, though it's still quite good looking, and the GameCube is a big step down, with a slower framerate that affects gameplay.

Ah well, the first game wasn't up to much at all in the racing department, the bodykits that I saw looked tacky, and they didn't even include different kits for different cars.

Which is why they can make the GC version the worst one of all, for all I care.

well... I am not much of the fan of the NFS series anymore.... but it does disappoint me though.

Did anyone get to try this out yet?
