Does one exist? If so, where can I get instructions... I do have mad soldering skills :D

Any info would be greatly appreciated.
 
there are no instructions that I know of... I have not looked inside a front loader myself..... did you check out the Neo CD mod guide on our site?

Take a look to see if the boards are the same. I would look for you, but alas... I don't have a frontlloader in stock.

Well, I've already opened my front loader before I posted my initial message, and it's nothing like the top loader...that's kinda why I asked.

If it would help, I can take a high quality picture of the main board...it looks alot like the main board for a Neo Geo AES system.

yeah.. in looking at this board, I don't see a place to mod / change the language settings.... which is weird because both the toploader and CDZ have that section (I believe the CDZ has it).

I'm going to ask around and get some opinions on the front loader modding.

Yeah, the top loader's mod is obvious...plain as day/ The only things I saw on this one were those two "JMP" marks I took closer pics of.
 
I am still waiting for a reply from a couple people in regards to modding this... I'll post up when I know :)
OR who it can be done through.

Also, would you like to help with some more pictures for the neogeocd.net section?

I am working on uploading the board pics... nice job on them :)

Could you get some shots of the entire front loader?
Maybe the back, from close ups up the ports.... and a pic of the system a little ways back.
We'll use about anything... we are looking to add more information / content... including more FAQ's, Reviews, codes..etc. I figured it would be cool to have 1 page dedicated to each system to show more pics of each system. People keep asking for that... so we'll deliver :)

BTW... I am now sending the pics of the board over to someone that might be helping me out... he is going to look at the front loader and see if there is a way to mod it.
He might even write up an FAQ for it.

I could do reviews...probably not really great worded ones, but still. ;)

I have 90 of the 97 games...they came with the system.

I haven't had the Neo CD very long, but I've had an AES for a few years, but only have 8 games for the AES cuz most are just too expensive ::D
