Neo Geo CD language mod

Does anyone know of a reliable person who does language mods for the Neo CD? I dont have soldering skills, or I would try it myself.

I think there could be a market for someone who knows how to fix, mod Neo CD units.

I don't know anyone really that performs the service...most people just do it themselves. Its not very hard to do at all, very little soldering. I'll ask around and see if I can find someone that will though if your interested.

I am thinking of performing this service later... I Was going to start 6 months ago... but I was talked out of it from a guy when we were discussing it.
Mainly because of my liability if I accidentally "ruin" a system....

I might still do this in the future though as its not too hard.
