hm.... I am not sure on that.... I know this sounds stupid... but did you make sure you did the mod job right? or recheck it?

you can play JPN games fine?

What region of a system? Japanese?

If you can play audio cd's, japanese games... but not us games... I am not sure what the deal is... except somehow the mod job isn't right, somehow.

I have a jp system. I did the mod to translate it to english. I push the botton in when the system is off to put it USA mode( I can go into the memory manager and it is in english). When the button is not pushed it plays in jp. When the switch is not pushed(jp mode)I can play neo geo cd games( All I have is jp games no euro or usa) and audio cds. When I have the switch pushed in(usa mode)I can play audio cds but, when I try to play games( I only have jp games) iwhen I start it up it says,"Wait A Moment", then it restarts the system and does the same thing all over again.
 
Well by what you are saying is that you want to play USA games on a Japanese system. So I suggest trying out a USA game. It seems that is what the mod is for, right?
 
But if I put it in USA language shouldn't any game play in English except for jp language only games theoretically since USA systems can play jp/euro/usa games in the English or am I wrong?

No I dont think so. Ive never heard of such a mod. I think the mod itself is so you can play USA games on a Japanese system. Nothing more. Euro games I believe are already in english.

Nothing to be sorry about. Because I still could be wrong, but from what you're telling me it seems that it's only good to play USA games on your Jp system.
 
actually creepin... the neo systems have the capability to do that with most games.
EVEN without the mod.

This mod just makes a Japanese system in the English language.
