Nintendo DS Lite coming to America June 11th, 2006

I decided to pre-order a DS Lite. The timing is great at GameStop. We're doing a deal where you get $20 extra trade-in credit when you trade in any system, so instead of getting $50 store credit for my old DS, I'll get $70. On top of that, I have 4 DS games I'm going to trade in, and I'll get an extra $10 for trading in 4 DS games. So my DS Lite is almost already paid off. 
I just figure getting the DS Lite is a no brainer now, since almost every game I have pre-ordered is a DS game. There's just so much coming out for the DS now it's crazy.

First off my apologies for my absence. It's been one of those weeks. :lol
Anywho, I got mine today and I am absolutely blown away. This thing is so much fun it's addictive. I already had the Xenosaga game and Ridge Racer DS, and today picked up that Feel The Magic game at Gamestop because they had it for only $17.99 new and I'm totally digging that. The games are so much fun to play.
The system is really sharp, compact, and downright pretty. The outer shell is reminuiscent of the front shell on the PSP. I bought a screen protector for both screens, just in case, and the stylus is really easy to get accustomed to. I just need to find a cool carrying case for it. The guy at Gamestop had a really cool one he got at E3. It's the best one I've seen but was only distributed to people at E3. A shame because I really like the case and wish I could get it.
I love this thing. I've not played the Xenosaga game yet but I played quite a bit of the RR and FTM games, until I killed the battery. The guy told me it was playable right out of the box but I guess I should have fully charged it before playing it. No biggie, it's charging now and will be ready for my return home tonight.
The Feel The Magic game is really cool and most definitely unlike anything I've ever played before. The RR game is basically a port of RR64 with a few minor changes, but it's still mega fun to play.
So in conclusion, I think I like this system. :lol
**EDIT** Also the other day I reserved Final Fantasy III for the DS. Can't wait to get it. 8)
