:lol probably happens all the time. Miranda Keyes (Commander Keyes) was a lot less memorable than Captain Keyes was. She has a new voice actor in Halo 3, so maybe she will be more interesting.
 
Halo 3 to be Shown on IMAX in Seattle Today

Of course we all want to see more Halo 3, but for those who really want to see it, take note. Bungie's website has been updated to inform of an official unveiling of the game to the public on a giant IMAX screen tomorrow.
The event will take place tomorrow, August 21st, at 10:00 PM. People will get an early look at all the game has to offer at the IMAX Theater located at Pacific Science Center in Seattle. Bungie promises to show off "co-op Campaign, Saved Films, and one or two surprises." The only bummer is that the whole demonstration is expected to last less than an hour. Just enough to get the fans scrambling even more for Halo 3's September 25th release.

Seats for the screening will be given on a first-come, first-served basis, but you can RSVP by e-mailing hnation@microsoft.com. If you're not in the Seattle area, I'm afraid you're stuck reading 1UP's preview of Halo 3 for the fifth or sixth time.

I wish I had heard of this earlier, I would have gone down there, oh well I have a Temp of 100+F today, and its pouring down rain, probably not a good day to venture out.

Because the game's out in a few weeks anyways? Since it has the Halo name, and they don't need a demo to guess that it will sell? Since it already has 5 million preorders? Since you can pretty much play Halo 2 if you want a demo?

1. The game will sell, period. Demos are often used to attract attention to a game, not give fans a chance to play it.
2. They already gave us the Beta.
3. It is very close to going gold (and launching). It would be a waste of manpower to make a demo.
