Brought Shooters to the mainstream?!?!?! I think not. Doom, Quake, Half-life, Counter Strike, and even Goldeneye brought shooters into the mainstream audience.

Sad that you need a trick to get your consoles to work right. Go get the new, less crappy 360's already.
 
So after playing about 5 missions on Campaign mode with a friend...I can say I am truly flabbergasted. This is the game we've all been waiting for. Finally, the hype didn't outdo the game. This is everything we've been wanting and more. 10/10.

Talk about sad. Didn't your Wii's fan bust? Just pointing out the obvious. Then again, we know your stance on anything that isn't Nintendo related for this gen so we'll leave it at that.

But yeah...my friend brought his 360 over today and he got the red rings. We did the towel trick and played for three more hours. Worked like a charm.
 
Some one tell 1. Is it worth getting the Legendary Pack and 2. Should i finish Halo 1 and 2 before getting Halo 3

:lol Ive done that before GamingMaiden but with Devil May Cry me and my cuzin took turns each time we died and we finished it the night we got it :lol.

Ok i just looked at Xbox games compatible to the 360 Halo 1 isn't one of the games so i decided to just get Halo 3 and not get Halo 1 and 2.
 
I just finished the campaign. Before I said that i didnt know what was so great about Halo but after playing the single player campaign (not even any multi) I was amazed. This game is insanely fun. WAY better than the first two. One thing that disappointed me was the graphics... they weren't near as good as they could have been, it actually looked a lot like halo 2 imo. But overall a great game and me and some buds are gonna go online when i get out of class after no sleep :lol
 
Looks like im gonna have to get the collectors edition and not the Legendary edition because HW aka Harvey Norman is charging $199 for it my parents will NEVER pay that much unless its a birthday or Christmas my birthdays November 30th but i garante they will all be soled out by then.
 
The single player campaign was pretty intense and a lot better than i thought it was going to be. A little on the short side though... you could do it in like 5 or 6 hours

holy crap yes

halo parties with multiple consoles and tvs with all your friends in the same room are simply the best times you can possibly have
