the a stands for ps2, cause supposedly, they wouldn't stand on their own? ::)
It's to prevent tipping, because vertical PS2's can tip pretty easily.

I wouldnt really consider the Wii Stand much help nor the "wired" sensor bar. I dislike using both, the stand seems pointless when you have gamecube controllers, people love to tip it over.

The stand is really the only way to have it vertical without blocking most of the fan. And the wired sensor bar is for those who don't know how to use candles.

Do you still keep your Wii vertical?

What about the bazooka for the Super Nintendo. I played with that more so for war games as a kid than for the actual system.

Oh, I know the worst, the Power Glove for 8-bit nintendo.

Because....you need to stand. It's not just for show. The fans are underneath the console, and if there is no ventilation, it will overheat.

I doubt the Wii will really overheat on its side. I had it standing up and I still had to send in my console (motherboard had issuezzz)

Who are you talking to?

Was that keyboard for the Dreamcast helpful?

Also I wonder if those fans that used to be for the Ps2, Xbox, and Gamecube controllers really helped.
