Its pretty self explanatory. I know not all online PC gamers are like this. But seriously some people are pathetic.

Never heard that story, what was it about? Got a link or something?

I remember this story about a guy who shot his neighbors Xbox cause he couldn't sleep at night when they were playing it. The Xbox still worked. Another guy got his hit by an insurgent rocket in Iraq...

I cant remember but I believe someone tried to steal another guys xbox. The xbox owner tried to stop the other guy but got shot.

Whether it's gaming or not, theft is theft and some people are thieves while other will be pushed to murder by it.

yup its always been like that. But I guess the thing is why would you want to risk your life for an xbox? Why not just let the thief get away?

Well, stealing an Xbox from a person is stupid. A store or something is different. But the best thing to do if someone is robbing you is make them think nobody is home, better to let them steal from you than get killed.

Heh, if someone tried to rob my home, I'd physically disable them... hardcore...

I've gotta protect my pets and the very few things that I actually do have. Besides, I've worked concert security before so am used to takin' people down. :D

OOh I want to hear some stories about that. Yeah just make sure your family is ok first then try to disable the guy. But even then if he has a gun I would just let him leave. Im not going to a risk like that.

Yeah, well, trying to fight the guy doesn't always work...My former neighbor fought back against a robber...and was killed.
A guy a few miles down the road from me had his home invaded by two thieves. He surprised them and shot and killed both robbers. Cops said oh well.
If I could get to my guns before a robber notices I am up, it's lights out for him. But if I can't, then I'll let him take what he wants and leave.

I live on my own, but my fish keep me sane, and I am "babysitting" my girlfriend's pet rats for a while.

If someone threatened my pets, or those in my care, it would be their last mistake...

As far as stories go... Well, I've broken up a knife fight and got stabbed in the head. I got in a fight with three skinheads at once at a Fear Factory concert. I've had to drag drunks out of a concert where they were breaking beer bottles and people were getting cut up on glass (oh, and I had a broken hand at the time). I've had to throw people out of some local shows also with broken glass...

etc...

See, since I live alone, it's not like I have a whole lot of stuff or a really big place. If someone threatened me with physical harm in any way, I would drop them as quickly as possible...

I'm kinda used to the "moderator" position both on and off the 'net. I've broken up more fights than I can count and had to pin down more kids/drunks/nuts than I care to remember...
