Would a Gundam count? I mean, aren't they controlled by people?

But yeah, if you got a really advanced robot like a Transformer or something, there's no way either a pirate or ninja would be able to beat it.

How about a vision of an ancient world where part ninja pirates have robotic arms or perhaps the ninja's are at war with the pirates and the robots or perhaps I could choose the ninja's
