Yeah, that too. The good thing is that Bronzong is slow, so if you can get a Flamethrower or Fire Blast off, you can hopefully knock it out with one hit.

*looks at my team* *cries* I had to live off Empoleon's Surf, which kinda sucked, since the entire E4 was stronger than me.

Yeah it took me a lot of tries before I finally pulled it off.

I probably spent a fortune on revives and hyper potions and stuff, too.

Same here, I had to use them so much. Glad I had enough money, too, otherwise I would have had to spend time grinding(and I mean, 19:21 is so long for a Pokemon game. :/).

I did have to level grind. I raised a Garchomp from a level 15 um...Gible up to level 50! Originally I was using a level 50 something Skuntank, but then I realized I had four Pokemon on my team that were weak to ground attacks, and Bronzong would wipe me out if I kept them. So I ditched Skuntank and trained Gible and eventually got it be a Garchomp.

O_O Wow. I didn't have anything at 50 besides the Palkia that started at 45? 50? One of 'em. 47, that's it.

Yeah I think I was a good 50 or so hours into the game before I beat the Elite Four, due to switching out a level 50 Skuntank for a level 15 Gible and having to level it up to a level 50 Garchomp.

Yeah, that takes time. Most of mine were from the GTS(the Japanese were really nice and gave out starters for stuff like Budew on April 22nd, so I took a full set), so they grew nicely. Would have been much better if I gave them time to grow, though. >_>

hehehe..... The only people who posted on this topic was fhq and Mai. That's cool. Too bad 3 people got banned which envoles fhq which is why I brought this up. I love the word brought. It's so cool for me. ....brought....brought...brought...brought..brought.....brought...... I just love to type it!!!!!!

I sold my game after logging over 100 hours on my file. :lol

I did beat the elite 4 though...I don't remember who I used though.

Got bored of Diamond after the 4th Gym Badge. Haven't played since.

Where I'm at in my game I am fighting the elite 4 right now. I need to go through and try to fight them so I can level up. My Pokes are 45-55 so I'm kinda on the low side.

I did that, you can do it. If you even have one 55, you're higher than my best was.

Lol I couldn't tell you what pokemon I have on there... I haven't picked up that game in like 5 or 6 months.

i beat the elite four with a level 100 dialga. like a month ago i beat it tho.
 
Bump. Yesterday I got sick at school so I got to come home early, and I decided to finally get around to playing further in my copy of Pokemon Diamond. And let me just say, it could be my favorite DS game since Meteos. It's so much fun! I just released those three legendary Pokemon that Team Galactic had under control and now I'm wandering around that mountain near Rt. 207 (I forget the name.)

Anyone else fall in love with this game's simple charm?

Yep. I love the game. Just don't play the game that much anymore.
 
Diamond and Pearl just didn't have the same appeal to me as the old ones did. I got addicted up to the seventh badge and then I was like "You're done, Venomoth" and put down the game. I have yet to play it since it came out.
