Not a bad day. :)

Finally, after years of searching. I found a complete copy of TWO CRUDE DUDES by Data East for the Sega Genesis

Also in the mail...

Complete copies of Thunder Force 3 and Space Invaders 91' ^_^

Space Invaders 91' is just like a 16-bit edition of the same game, kind of like when Pac-Man first came to SNES and Genesis with brighter colors and a few new tricks.

Two Crude Dudes is actually another attempt to re-invent "BAD DUDES Vs. The Dragon Ninjas" from the NES and Arcade since it was done by Data East as well. Except, this one is a little harder and just weird. So amazing regardless!

Thunder Force III is quite astounding as a space shooter and one of the finer games in the series that really put it on the map after a drastic change compared to Part 1 and 2. Many fans would have to agree that part four, known as "Lightning Force" in American and Europe is far superior. Thunder Force III was ported to the SNES a year later, but under the name "Thunder Spirits". Sadly, the SNES could not handle the fast speed of the game, so you will see lag from time to time much like Gradius III.

Two Crude Dudes looks pretty fun. And i like space invaders. I love sega games as they are my favorite classic console. Classic being that it is from my time period of when i was born.

i gotta go back to my parents house and find my genesis. I have the old AV cable one and a different one. Think it runs on the Yellow Red White Setup or something.

I bought a lot of 5 Genesis 2 AV cables off ebay a couple of days ago. Tired of using RF.

ooo nice :D

This morning I went to the flea market and was surprised at what I had found.

Super Advantage in the box for SNES
Wild Gunman for NES
1942 for NES

and these lovely classic Nintendo Power issues. Including the August 1995 3D issue that reveals the Nintendo Virtual Boy. Each issue contains their proper poster and trading cards! I got 11 issues for $10! Seems like the guy never even read them!

DUDE! that is an epic find on those Nintendo Power. My girlfriend is jealous. She revers Shigeru Miyamoto as God.

I wish I could find the 3D glasses that came with the Virtual Boy issue. I LOVED this particular one! Even has the trading cards unharmed!

Very nice find, Mega. :D

18000 posts for you, too. ^^

Just got back from Bellingrath Gardens! It was an awesome place and I want to go there again sometime. I have lots of pictures I'll be uploading to deviantART later, so I may give some links.
Also, I ate at a Chinese buffet afterwards. Good stuff.

I…am tired… -.-

Spent the day cleaning my older consoles. Forgot some of these have been laying around for close to 20 years. The gunk on them was nasty! They're all shiny and clean now.

Good Job, Creepin. :) A clean console is a happy console! Oh, thank you Icy! I wasn't even paying attention until you pointed it out. :lol

Thanks Mega. Have you ever wiped down a cord from an AC adapter or RF Unit? I recommend everyone wipe them down every few months with some alcohol and old rag.
