I started playing WOW again today. I only played for a month before, so I'm only a level 15. I also made the worst decision possible. I sold my sword because I found a good one in the auction house and I didn't have enough to pay unless I sold my sword. It would have been fine if I stopped there, but I got greedy and bid on a shield too, and I didn't think of what would happen if the sword got to expensive and I won the shield. Now I have 60 copper to my name and no weapon. (At least I have a decent shield!) :P
 
Gah... I thought playing MGS1 would help fill in the blanks that MGS2 had for me, but it seems like I'm going to have to get MG1 and MG2 before i really understand it. >:(

just read the very convenient summaries in MGS2, they helped me

In other news i got the opening of One Piece stuck in my head and it won't come off but i enjoy it a lot because one piece is super awesome
 
So I railroaded my wife into buying me a digital camera this week. She bought one to replace the one she broke back in December, but she bought a chrome pink colored one. And that just isn't me. So I found a blue one that I want, and she's going to pick it up this week.

It was also apparently 13 miles deep. So I expect that rating to go up because quakes that deep aren't usually felt this far away from the epicenter.

It's not that bad. As long as your house is up to code. Although I know that even then you're not 100% safe but it helps a lot.

I've lived in Los Angeles all my life and been through some really big quakes. Wouldn't want to live anywhere else.

I lived within town limits maybe once or twice in my life. I couldn't handle living in a city, so I probably could never cope or even adapt to a city like Los Angeles.

Makes sense. I just love the city, mostly because it has everything I need. I love music and the biggest acts in the world always stop in L.A. I love video games, there are so many places to buy video games it's awesome. It suits my life wonderfully.
 
For realz. I love living in the city. It's nice to get away once in a while out to the boonies, but I'd go nuts living out there.
