Gah I'm so crabby right now lol. First, it was 93 degrees out again today, then I miss my package from UPS {no idea why a PC case needs a signature}, then my lawn mower don't start {has never done this in 10 years or so}, then my "friend" won't get back to me as usual {he has my Dremel kit, and I really, really need it}, then to top it off, I just realized these amateur, incompetent painters painted my windows shut. Good grief I knew not to do that when I was 10 years old!!! In the big picture I know these are meaningless things, but grrrr it still ticks me off right now!

frodus' standards when it comes to comic book movies is usually ridiculously high...so IF YOU say that the movie is that good then I won't regret buying tickets for me and my boyfriend this sunday

Condensing a 6 volume series into a 2 hour movie you lose some stuff. And the last volume didn't even come out till about 2 weeks ago so I can only nitpick so much. But the stuff that they changed worked so well.

I saw it tonight too. Sadly, my friends bailed on me. So I was there alone in the theater. *sigh*. Regardless, one of the best videogame tribute movies I have seen in my entire life. Really cute, the fight scenes rocked the house, and the video game references are just pouring EVERYWHERE! I mean like nearly 20 I think?

More in the comics. And it's just not video games but, music as well.
 
That is true I guess, I really wouldn't know since I'm not familiar with the comics. I did enjoy the film greatly with the video game references. It was the only other aspect I could think of when seeing this movie.
