the biggest problem with the game it is that it is a 3D game and you are forced to use a D-pad to move around however most of the time you are going up or down, very rarely you are forced to move diagonally.

the game itself is a 3D person adventure game. but when you point the wii remote to the screen it allows you to shoot in first person

On to another topic, I'm falling in love with my DT-880s (headphones) all over again. Though, might purchase some Alessandro MS-1s soon. I'm excited. :D
 
Hitting up the Eminem/Jay-Z concert tonight. Tons of guest appearances that I know of (cause of my friends who went to yesterday's show) include: Memphis Bleak, BoB, D-12, 50 Cent, Drake, and Young Jeezy! Should be a great show!

Cept...Lady Gaga...yeah..that dude is apparently supposed to be there too...*cringes*

I wonder why X-Play is being so harsh? well it seem's they are more mainstream and only pick up the trendy titles, imo Metroid Other M is great! Yeah there are some control issues but there is nothing wrong with the gameplay, maybe X-Play needs to be X'd out

Well, it just takes a lot of getting used to. And if you can get over the bad voice acting, and sometimes quirky controls. Shifting to first person, you HAVE to make sure you're facing where you want to. Too many times have I dealt with that frustration. Being able to recharge your missiles and health is kinda nice, but only felt like it was there because of the controls being weird. After a couple hours though, I got the controls down. I'd give it a 3...maybe a 4 out of 5.
 
Just laying back listening to some jazz, maybe gonna read some manga or a book while I listen to it before getting some sleep :)

idk about that. I mean as soon as i realized you have to be facing the way you want to go 1st person i never had that problem again, not to mention using the D-pad is not so bad since i rarely have to move diagonally with the pad the game mostly lets you walk around with one direction.

but yeah i would have given it a 4/5 too. I do agree some of the voice acting was weird, i was only content with samus' and Adam's voice, everyone else was just... meh, the game was definitely a 3D version of metroid fusion which to me was also a 4/5 game.
