I ran away from home back in August. I've been staying with my grandfather, but he's going to jail December 21st. I don't have anywhere else to go, so I'm trying to get into a foster or transitional home until I turn 19.

I really wish EGA was a bit more active these days! I miss Mega posting every little new piece of video game news, and just the activity of about a year ago.
‎Oh well, though! Probably just a dead time we're going through, right? ;)
 
I miss Mega's posts and threads too. Miss the activity a lot.

In other news,
I ordered me a $79 Kindle this week. Should have it in my hands supposedly by Dec 7.
I like having the "dead tree books" (which is what they are called now). But I have fallen in love with the Pulp science fiction from the 1930s and 40s. You cannot get a hold of that type of stuff in solid form.
 
Same here guys. This place allowed me to grow as a person, and no matter how active or inactive it is I will continue coming here
 
I've been here since dec 06. I won't leave until BV himself post on this very thread saying the site is being officially taken down. Even if i'm the only one who posts on it.
 
You won't be alone! I'll be here! I've dug a hole. Well it is more like a trench. And I am down in it with my retro systems joy pads and Wii remote. I'm holding ground. If they come near me I'll waggle the Wii remote. :lol
