Post your Mario Kart DS Race Experiences

A mini turbo is when you hold L when turning in some sort of way, then while holding that in alternate the dpad left and right until red sparks come out. Then release and get a boost. :)

I don't remember this mini turbo stuff in Mario Kart 64 either..... :lol
what the heck.... I mean I played that game hours upon hours..... none of my friends knew about it either.

Was the instructions on how to do it in the manual? I never really read manuals...... I know it is stupid... but I normally just go with the game and play. There has been a couple games where I had to read the manuals.... but not many.

Yeah it's in there. And Im the exact opposite, the first thing I do is read manuals. It allows me to get into the game quicker.
 
Anyway, I don't mean to brag, but I've done some threading-a-needle-with-spagetthi type stuff.

Such as, getting through a gap about __/ \__ big using Bowser. While taking a corner.
