Prices Coming Down on Ebay?

It looks to me like prices are dropping, as everything for the most part seems to be under a thousand dollars with less than an hour left. I think that they flooded the market with these things, and it also seems most of the people that wanted one just wanted to sell it on ebay. hmm
 
That's basically all that the PS3's good for...is being resold for more money. Honestly, PS3 did nothing to spark the consumer's interest. All it has is updated graphics....

Might as well get a Wii for the new and fun and a 360 for the shooters and graphics. Then you've got the same price, 2 systems.

Yea, but than what about RPG's? There's no way I'm paying $600 for a console, but eventually I will have to buy it simply for the RPG factor. At this time your idea is definitely a good one, though.

Give it a year. Developers will jump ship unless Sony shapes up hardcore and it won't even matter.

I'm betting on DQ IX coming to Wii. That's the nail in the coffin.

That, and if Metal Gear Solid 4 gets ported to the 360, which is rumored.
 
Sony is in SERIOUS trouble if they don't shape up. They're losing up to 250 USD on each console. If they don't start shaping up, it's Nintendo 64 all over again.
 
I have a PS3 already and walked in Toys 'R' Us today at 2 pm and was looking for a Wii Remote and the guy in front of me asked if they had any PS3's and the cashier said a truck just came in and went in the back and came out with 6 new 60GB PS3's. So, even though I have one I could not resist to snag another. Right place, right time! Now to go to eBay and make some money back to make my original PS3 cheaper.
 
Prices look like they are starting to go back up since yesterday. Most of the 60GB System are over $900.00 and some over $1,000.00 (and not won by 0 bidders).
 
I got lucky today and got a 60GB PS3 at Circuit City in the morning and the a 60GB PS3 at Wal-mart in the afternoon. I will probably through one on eBay tonight!
 
Big companies have been paying homeless men to queue up outside stores to get PS3s apparently. Now THAT is hilarious!

If PS3 loses MGS4 to the 360 I think that the console war is over before it's even begun.
